At Verkkokauppa.com, I worked in a versatile customer
service and sales role that also included logistics,
warehouse tasks, and handling after-sales matters such
as returns and complaints. The position called for
constant communication with both customers and team
members, along with the ability to stay solution-focused
even under pressure.
I was responsible for ensuring that customers received
the best possible service, and I took pride in being
able to help them find the right products and solutions
for their needs. I also had the opportunity to work with
a wide range of products, from electronics to home
appliances, which allowed me to develop a deep
understanding of the industry and its trends.
The job sharpened my communication and problem-solving
skills, especially in moments that demanded quick
thinking, ownership, and good judgment. In many cases, I
was presented with incomplete details or unclear
customer needs — but those situations became
opportunities to figure things out, make decisions
confidently, and still provide a strong customer
experience.
