What started as “just helping out at a booth” quickly turned into one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional life. It wasn't about sales pitches or product sheets. It was about people, shared interests, and the spontaneous moments that make events like these special.
Taking part in Assembly Summer was a unique chance to represent Verkkokauppa.com in front of a technically demanding audience. We operated with a relatively small booth, but focused on meaningful presence and creativity over scale. It was an exciting opportunity to show the company's values and culture in action.
What I remember most is the atmosphere we created together. Our booth quickly became a hangout spot where people stayed to chat, joke, and share their stories. Whether helping someone fix their pc or just talking about gaming culture, the interactions were honest and fun. Internally, we had a lot of freedom in how we ran things, and that trust translated into a relaxed, confident vibe that clearly was shown to our customers.
I've had the privilege of continuing this journey by contributing to Verkkokauppa.com's presence in later Assembly events in both Winter 2024 and Summer 2024.
